Matthew Holy

Matthew Holy, MFB, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Projects at Black Box Intelligence™ since April 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew held multiple positions at Yumpingo, including Director of Strategy and Director of Customer Success, showcasing a strong focus on customer experience and strategic planning. Previous experience includes a MFB Field Project Consultant role at Diageo, where research on industry trends and supply chain improvements were key responsibilities. Matthew also excelled in restaurant management at Hotel Arts Kensington and Hotel Arts Group, overseeing operations, staff training, and event management. An early career as a Marketing Analyst at Landmark Cinemas and an International Rooms Intern at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen rounded out Matthew's diverse experience in the hospitality and food and beverage sectors. Matthew holds a Master of Food and Beverage Management from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Guelph.
