Kareen Ben Ari

Kareen Ben Ari has extensive experience in training and customer solutions within the tech industry, currently serving as the Head of Training at Guesty since July 2019. In this role, Kareen leads multiple projects focused on optimizing communication workflows and cross-department escalations while collaborating with the Product team to enhance customer insights and influence the product roadmap. Previous positions include Customer Solutions Project Manager and Business Development Coordinator at Yoel Geva, where Kareen successfully initiated business connections and managed projects to expand company growth. Kareen holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Linguistics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and completed coding training at Coding Academy by MisterBit in 2018.
