Natalia Diehl

Natalia Diehl is the Global Director of Customer Success for SMB at Guesty, a position held since July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Director and Head of Customer Success at Capchase, where Natalia led the global Growth Advisor team. Natalia's career also features roles as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Geoblink, alongside earlier positions at AlphaSights, where insights were provided for decision-making assistance to a diverse clientele. Initial experience includes an internship at Petroleos Sudamericanos Energy, contributing to corporate social responsibility initiatives, and leadership in organizing a large international student event. Natalia holds a BSc (Hons) in International Management from the University of Warwick and studied International Business at Fudan University.
