Paul Zukauskas has extensive experience in various customer success roles, including Global Vice President of Customer Success at Guesty and Director of Client Services at PGi. Paul also served as a Director of Implementation at Intelligent Charting™, managing clinical documentation improvement software implementations in healthcare facilities. Additionally, Paul worked as a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney at Johnson & Newby, LLC. Paul holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communications from Creighton University.
