VP, Global Customer Success at Guesty

Paul Zukauskas is the VP of Global Customer Success at Guesty. Prior to joining Guesty, Paul served as the Director of Client Services at PGi, where they oversaw the customer lifecycle post acquisition through renewal, expansion, onboarding, and customer success. At PGi, Paul was also a key member and manager of the CSM team that increased customer retention to 95%.
