Nirvi Desai

Nirvi Desai is an accomplished investment banking analyst at Guggenheim Partners, specializing in technology, media, and telecommunications since July 2023. Prior to this role, Nirvi served as the Vice President of Recruitment and Education at 180 Degrees Consulting from January 2020 to April 2023, contributing to social change for non-profit organizations through the largest university-based consultancy. Nirvi's experience also includes positions as Vice President of Career Development for the Alpha Kappa Psi - Phi Chapter at the University of Michigan, a summer analyst at Guggenheim Partners, and participation in various internships, including as a Finance and Accounting Intern at UPS. Nirvi was a scholar in the Girls Who Invest program and completed the LEAD Wharton Scholar program focused on leadership and entrepreneurship. Nirvi holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and graduated from Marlboro High School with a Business Administration Magnet Program diploma.
