Lenny Reidling has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and land development. Lenny started their career in 1985 as a Designer/Surveyor at Irvine Civil Engineering. Lenny then worked at Adams Streeter Civil Engineers as a Designer from 1989 to 1994. Lenny then joined PBS&J as a Project Manager from 1994 to 1996. Lenny furthered their career at Tetra Tech as a Project Manager from 1998 to 2004, where they worked on various land development, telecommunications, and infrastructure projects. Lenny then joined Brehm Communities as the Director of Engineering/Forward Planning from 2004 to 2008, where they were responsible for managing consultants, budgets, schedules, and project reporting. Currently, Lenny is the Principal and Vice President of Business and Strategic Development at Guida Surveying Inc.
Lenny Reidling attended Rancho Santiago College in 1994-1995, studying Land Surveying/Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Orange Coast College from 1982-1984, majoring in Computer Science. Lenny also obtained a high school diploma from Estancia High School in 1981. Lenny has additional certification as an LST from the State of California.

Founded in 1995 as a family-owned business, we have grown to a staff of roughly 100 employees, of which 13 are Professional Land Surveyors licensed to practice in the State of California. Our survey crews utilize the latest in conventional survey, mobile and terrestrial LiDAR, heavy-lift drones/UAV, and GPS technologies to accurately perform a variety of land surveying projects, while maintaining quality, accuracy, and tight schedules.
