Hussam Qutub has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. From 2020 onwards, they have been serving as the Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager at Guidance Residential. Prior to that, in 2019, they launched Guidance Home Services as the President, building an innovative organization that matches pre-approved homebuyers with a network of pre-screened real estate agents.
Before their role at Guidance Home Services, Hussam Qutub was the President of Guidance Realty Homes from 2014 to 2018. Under their leadership, the real estate brokerage expanded its market coverage to six states and achieved an impressive annual sales of $250 million.
From 2003 to 2014, Hussam Qutub held the position of VP of Marketing and Communications at Guidance Residential, LLC, leading brand awareness efforts and contributing to the company's growth and dominance in the market of global Islamic finance.
Prior to their work at Guidance Residential, they served as a Senior Account Manager at The Didion Group from 1999 to 2003, where they provided strategic communications and public affairs advice to companies and non-profit groups.
Hussam Qutub's earliest work experience was as a Research Group Leader at Johnson, Tyler and Purvis from 1997 to 1999. In this role, they managed a team while conducting media research for a leading tobacco industry client.
Throughout their career, Hussam Qutub has demonstrated strong leadership and a track record of success in various industries, particularly in the real estate and finance sectors.
Hussam Qutub attended George Mason University from 1993 to 1997 and obtained a degree in International Relations with a minor focus in Business Administration.
