Kal Elsayed has over two decades of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Since May 2007, Kal has served as President & CEO of Guidance Residential, where leadership and strategic direction have been key to the company's success. Prior to this role, Kal was the President of the Wholesale Division at New Century Mortgage Corporation from 1996 to 2005, contributing significantly to the company's operations and growth during that period.
