Currently serving as EVP Chief Operating Officer and Director of Risk Management at Guidance Residential since January 2011, Nick oversees product development and risk management strategies. Previously, Nick held the position of Chief Credit Officer and Director of Risk Management at ECC Capital from July 2002 to September 2009, where responsibilities included establishing credit guidelines and managing a mortgage origination business exceeding 2 billion dollars. Prior to that, Nick served as SVP Chief Credit Officer and Director of Risk Management at New Century Mortgage Corp from June 1996 to May 2002, where the focus was on credit policy formation and servicing oversight for a mortgage REIT with annual production reaching 2 billion.
