Andrew Swain

Andrew Swain has over 20 years of work experience. Andrew currently works as a Strategic Programme Director at Guidant Global starting from April 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Capita Resourcing for 20 years, starting as an Account Manager for National Air Traffic Services and others in 2000 and progressing to roles such as Senior Account Manager for EDF Energy and Delivery and Implementation Project Manager for Government Authorities. In these positions, they were responsible for managing and implementing business improvement projects, setting up delivery teams, and overseeing contract and implementation teams. Andrew achieved outstanding service excellence awards and secured framework agreements for clients.

Andrew Swain attended Woodside County School from 1980-1985. In 1985-1986, they went to Rank Xerox Information and Technology Centre. In 2012, they attended QA Training in Swindon.
