Jessica Leary

Jessica Leary has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica started their career at NC3 as a Recruiting Coordinator in 2011 and later joined Robert Half as a Candidate Sourcing Recruiter in 2012. In 2013, they worked at Target as an Executive Team Leader. In 2014, they joined Green Key Resources as an Executive Recruiter. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Spectraforce Technologies, initially as a Client Services Associate and later as a Client Services Associate Manager. Since 2017, they have been working at Guidant Global, starting as an Operations Coordinator and progressively moving up to become a Talent Consultant, then a Senior Talent Consultant, and currently serves as a Talent Delivery Lead.

Jessica Leary attended Johnson and Wales University from 2007 to 2011 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management.
