Joana Rita Cruz

Joana Rita Cruz serves as the Talent Delivery Lead at Intellias since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading and coaching the Talent Delivery team while managing onboarding, performance, and professional growth. Prior to this role, Joana held positions including Business Manager at HumanIT Digital Consulting and Advanced Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition at Altran, a prominent global leader in Engineering and R&D services. Joana also gained experience as a Técnica de Recursos Humanos at SIBS Processos and as an HR Trainee at Schreiber Foods. Educationally, Joana is pursuing a Doctorate in Management at Universidade da Beira Interior, having previously earned a Master's in Management and a Master's in Work and Organizational Psychology, along with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Bachelor's in Law.
