Lauren Forrister Cert Rp

Lauren Forrister has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Lauren started their career at Blue Arrow in 2010 as an Admin Support, later transitioning into a Service Consultant role at JCB, where they managed a team of up to 350 people. Lauren also handled payroll, invoicing, and HR issues for the DHL side of the contract. In 2014, they were promoted to Managing Consultant at Blue Arrow.

In 2016, Lauren joined Guidant Global as an Account Manager, responsible for managing client accounts. Lauren later progressed to the role of Operations Manager, overseeing operational processes and ensuring efficient workflow. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Resourcing Director, where they lead the talent resourcing department, responsible for sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates for the company.

Lauren Forrister Cert RP completed their BTEC in Business Studies at Cauldon College from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Blythe Bridge from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained their GCSE's.
