Lynsey D.

Lynsey D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lynsey started their career at Bank of America as an Account Manager in 2006 and later worked as a Consultant at Randstad in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, Lynsey worked as Group HR at NWF Group PLC. In 2012, they joined de Poel and held roles as Operational Auditor and Corporate Social Responsibility. Lynsey then moved to Blue Arrow in 2014, where they served as an HR Manager and later as an Operations Manager at Airbus UK. Lynsey joined Guidant Global in 2016 and held positions of increasing responsibility, including Account Director for Airbus UK and Client Services Director for Defence & Aerospace. Their most recent role at Guidant Global is Strategic Programme Director.

Lynsey D. has a post-graduate degree in CIPD Level 7 from CIPD Qualifications, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management from the University of Central Lancashire, from 2003 to 2006.
