Susan Deblaquiere

Susan deBlaquiere has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Susan currently holds the position of Vice President, Delivery Operations at Guidant Global since May 2021. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President Program Management from February 2016 to May 2021. Before joining Guidant Global, Susan worked at Adecco where they held various roles including Client Program Manager, Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Consultant, and Office Supervisor. In their role as Client Program Manager, they were responsible for managing the Adecco/BE Aerospace Program Office, supporting contingent worker requests and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Throughout their career, Susan has gained expertise in program management, client operations, account management, and recruitment.

Susan deBlaquiere obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Mississippi State University, completing their studies between 1999 and 2003.
