With experience in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, Janis has also held roles such as VP of Communications Strategy Director and Director of Diversity at 22squared. With a background in social media marketing and community engagement, Janis has worked with various brands such as The Home Depot and Buffalo Wild Wings. Additionally, Janis has served as a board member at Breakthrough Atlanta and Advertising For Change, focusing on increasing diversity within the advertising industry. Having a degree in Journalism from Clark Atlanta University, Janis brings a wealth of experience in strategic communication and inclusion efforts.
