Jennifer Hightower, CIC has been working as a Senior Director of Operations at Guided Solutions since August 2006. Prior to that, Jennifer held the title of Operations Team Lead at BRP Ryan Insurance, LLC from August 2006 to January 2017. Jennifer is a graduate of Daytona State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Supervision & Management.
