Caspar Noach

Caspar Noach is a highly experienced professional in sustainability and carbon accounting, currently serving as the Technical Director of the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF) Secretariat, where leadership includes managing a team of over 20 professionals on standard development and technical support. In addition, Caspar holds the position of Director for Supplier Leadership on Climate Transition (Supplier LOCT) in Europe, focusing on empowering suppliers to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. With a background as a Director at Guidehouse, responsibilities encompass managing sustainability projects and client relationships. Caspar is also involved with the ISO Greenhouse Gas and Climate Change Management Committee and has contributed to the development of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. Previous roles include Associate Director at Navigant and Managing Consultant at Ecofys, with an educational background in Business/Managerial Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
