Hector Artze

Hector Artze is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in government and utility sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Guidehouse since October 2019. Prior to this role, Hector held the position of Managing Director at Navigant Consulting, Inc., where expertise in technology strategy, operations advisory, and negotiations was applied from April 2002 to October 2019. Earlier in the career trajectory, Hector was a Manager at Arthur D Little, Inc., leading a team for the NAVFAC Southern Division Navy Utility Privatization Program, and served as a Projects Manager at Florida Power & Light, focusing on service restoration technology and complex project management. Hector holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
