Linda Ertz

Linda Ertz possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning, currently serving as Executive Director, Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning at Guidehouse from April 2019 to November 2024. Prior to this role, Linda held leadership positions at USA TODAY NETWORK from February 2014 to April 2019, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager for Gannett Digital and IT. Linda's career began at Microsoft, where positions included Global Staffing Program Manager and Staffing Consultant from January 2007 to February 2014. Previous experience includes serving as Employment Manager at Children's National Medical Center and HR Manager at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. Linda earned a Bachelor's degree from Binghamton University and a Master's degree in Administration from Hofstra University.
