Rebecca Carr

Rebecca Carr is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and program administration across various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Guidehouse since July 2018, Rebecca has held roles as Director and Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, experience includes management positions at PwC from October 2011 to July 2018 and as Facilities Program Manager at the US Department of Homeland Security from November 2010 to September 2011. Early career highlights include roles at CSC as Real Estate Program Manager and lease administration positions at USI and GMH Capital Partners. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
