Emily Alexanderson

Emily Alexanderson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic planning across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Guidelight since July 2025, Emily previously held multiple leadership roles at Groups Recover Together, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Expansion Officer. A notable tenure at Santander Bank, N.A. involved building and leading a Specialized Banking team focused on growth in non-profit and healthcare sectors. Prior experience includes strategic roles at athenahealth, where responsibilities encompassed managing operational procedures for the Chief Marketing Officer, and at RBS Citizens Global Markets, where client-focused financial services were delivered. Emily holds a BA in International Studies and Political Science from Boston College and has furthered education at University College Cork.
