Adam Hearn

Adam Hearn is currently the VP of Enterprise Sales at Guideline, where Adam brings together media planning and data solutions. Adam is also a Board Member at Stage 773, a vibrant off-Loop talent home in Chicago. Prior to their current roles, Adam was the Vice President of Global Sales at ZEFR, establishing a new measurement team. Adam also worked as the Senior Director of Sales at Beeswax and started as the lone employee at Integral Ad Science, building revenue successfully. Adam has experience in leading strategic accounts and business development in the martech industry. With a background in BA in Sociology and Psychology from Illinois State University, Adam has a strong foundation in sales and leadership roles in various companies throughout their career.
