Craig Ades

Craig Ades, PhD, is currently the Energy Harvesting Project Manager at Guident Corp since March 2022. Craig has a strong academic background, having earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University in May 2022, where the focus included real-time hybrid neuroprosthetic control systems. During the doctoral studies, significant projects included developing a neurorobotic interface and creating a robotic hand demonstration for a museum exhibit. Craig has held various roles at Florida Atlantic University, such as Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant, contributing to projects like the Robot Nuclear Waste Project for the DOE and facilitating STEM education for middle and high school students. In addition to academic and research endeavors, Craig is the Owner/Designer/Engineer at Manco Prosthetics LLC and participates in the NIH C3i Program at Biocomx, focusing on the commercialization of innovative research.
