James Hauswirth

James Hauswirth is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Privileged Access Management and PAM Practice Lead at GuidePoint Security since June 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Director of Cloud and Identity Programs at Hunter Strategy from July 2021 to June 2022 and served as a Senior IAM Engineer at StoneX Group Inc. between February 2020 and September 2021. With a military background, James was a UH-60M Blackhawk Pilot for the Iowa National Guard from August 2004 to June 2020, where James ultimately retired as a CW2. James has also worked in various roles related to IT security and compliance at companies such as QCI, Hy-Vee, Inc., Casey's General Stores, and CMW & Associates. Academically, James has earned a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Purdue Global.
