Ian Lastorino

Ian Lastorino is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational learning with extensive experience in leading global training initiatives. Currently, as the Talent Development Manager at Guidepoint since March 2022, Ian oversees the Global Talent Development Team, creating and facilitating various training modules and maintaining a network with C-Suite Executives to address training needs.
