Sarai Sanabria is an experienced leader in talent development and learning management, currently serving as Vice President and Lead Talent & Development Partner at iCapital Network since September 2021. At iCapital, Sarai focuses on building the organization’s corporate university to empower employees throughout their careers. Prior roles include Senior Learning Experience Architect at General Assembly, where Sarai managed training for Fortune 500 clients, and Learning and Development Manager at Chopt Creative Salad Company, where Sarai enhanced employee retention through strategic learning initiatives. Sarai's early career includes positions at OTG Management, where training ROI was improved, and Dress for Success Worldwide, where curriculum design significantly boosted client engagement. Sarai holds a Master of Arts in Business and Workplace Education from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Sociology from Queens College.
