Jean-Baptiste Duponchelle's work experience begins in 2012 as an Online Marketing Assistant at Linguland Sprachreisen GmbH. In 2013, they worked as an E-Merchandising at 3 Suisses and then transitioned to Webhelp, where they served as a Business Development & Customer Service representative. At Webhelp, they were involved in the business development of companies such as Microsoft, KDS, and Asia Inspection.
In 2015, Jean-Baptiste joined arvato Systems as an International Presales Agent, focusing on Microsoft. That same year, they also worked at Innosquared, a Guidepoint company, as an International Business Analyst. At Innosquared, their role involved facilitating consultations, workshops, and custom reports for clients seeking insights on markets, technologies, consumer trends, or business opportunities.
From 2016 to 2020, Jean-Baptiste worked at Guidepoint, initially as a Junior Project Manager - Research Analyst and later as a Project Manager in EMEA Consulting. In 2018, they became a Team Lead responsible for overseeing client relationships and project fulfillment across multiple industries. Finally, in 2020 they were promoted to the role of VP, Sales & Business Development.
Jean-Baptiste Duponchelle has a comprehensive education history. Jean-Baptiste completed a Master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages with a main focus on International Commerce and Business from Université de Bourgogne from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Erasmus scholarship and studied Economy-Languages at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2009 to 2010. Jean-Baptiste also earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages (International Business) from Université de Franche-Comté from 2007 to 2011.
