Kelly Mendes serves as the General Manager of Shared Services at PICA Group since October 2021, focusing on leadership, strategy development, and operational efficiency. Kelly leads a high-performing team of approximately 100 FTEs and has previously held significant roles such as Advisor at Guidepoint and Solution Centre Manager at Goodstart Early Learning, where notable achievements included substantial increases in staff and customer satisfaction. Kelly's extensive experience also encompasses senior project management positions in various organizations, including Mater and ECH Inc., where strategic initiatives resulted in significant process improvements and operational transformations. Kelly holds multiple qualifications, including a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Finance and Marketing and certifications in Change Management and Lean Thinking.
