Marianne Peterson

Marianne Peterson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Marianne is currently employed at Guidepoint, where they hold the position of Vice President, Client Service since January 2022. Prior to this role, Marianne worked as a Team Lead, Client Service from January 2019 to January 2022, and as a Senior Project Manager from September 2012 to January 2019. Marianne'searliest role at Guidepoint was as an International Research Analyst from November 2011 to September 2012.

Before joining Guidepoint, Marianne worked at the National Council of La Raza as a Foundations Coordinator for the Democracia department from September 2008 to September 2011. Marianne also gained professional experience as an Outfront Intern at Amnesty International USA from September 2007 to May 2008. Prior to that, they interned as a Portuguese Language Intern at Idealist.org from June 2007 to August 2007.

Marianne's career began as a Public Relations Specialist at Creative Press from August 2006 to December 2006. Marianne also worked as a Research Intern at the Florida Center for Survivors of Torture at Gulf Coast JFCS from September 2005 to December 2005.

Marianne Peterson completed their Master of Science degree in Global Affairs with a Concentration in Human Rights and Humanitarian Assistance from New York University from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a minor in French Language from the University of South Florida between 2002 and 2006. During the same period, they also obtained a Certificate in Modern Western European Studies from the University of South Florida.
