Teckla Persons

Teckla Persons is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on campus recruitment at Guidepoint, an on-demand financial research platform, since January 2022. Previously, Teckla served as a Regional Recruiter for the Peace Corps from July 2018 to January 2022, implementing innovative recruitment strategies that resulted in 1,287 new candidates through various events. Teckla's experience also includes a role as a Service Learning Program Coordinator at buildOn, back-to-back positions as a Rural Education Development Volunteer and Child Care Teacher, and an early career as a Sales Associate at Macy's. Teckla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Classical Studies from Eckerd College, completed in 2014.
