James Ward

James Ward serves as the Head of School at Guidepost Montessori since July 2021, following a role as Assistant Head of School and Director of Admission at Arbor Montessori School from August 2020 to July 2021. At Arbor Montessori, James was responsible for school operations, staff leadership, and comprehensive admissions management. Prior experience includes directing admissions and enrollment management at Eastside Catholic School, where James significantly enhanced international enrollment and established initiatives for underrepresented minority groups. James's background also includes two decades as a college football coach, producing numerous All-American and professional players, and holding certifications as a national speaker. James holds two Master's degrees in Education from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound.
