Kisha Williams

Kisha Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kisha'smost recent position is as the Head of School at Guidepost Montessori since October 2022. Previously, they worked at Stafford County Government as a Human Services Specialist from December 2016 to February 2022. Kisha also had roles such as Temporary Teachers Assistant at Rosa Parks Elementary School from December 2015 to December 2016, Licensing Specialist at Arlington County from January 2015 to October 2015, and Executive Director at Creative Learning Center from February 2014 to August 2014. Prior to that, they were an Education Manager at Higher Horizons from September 2012 to February 2014, an Early Childhood Coordinator at Charles County Community Service from January 2011 to August 2012, and an Instructional Assistant at Charles County Public Schools from August 2011 to April 2012. In addition, they owned God's Little Angels Daycare from September 2004 to July 2011 and served as the Center Director at Kindercare Learning Center from January 2003 to August 2004, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and successfully managed the center's staff and operations.
