Lavanya Swaminathan

Lavanya Swaminathan has worked as the Founding Head of School at Guidepost Montessori since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of School starting in July 2022. In 2012, they worked at Oak Crest Private School as a Junior School staff member. From December 2006 to May 2007, they were the Training and Placement Regional Executive at APTECH Computer Education.

From 2004 to 2006, Lavanya Swaminathan pursued a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from the University of Madras.
