Ahmad Zoua, PMP

Ahmad Zoua, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ahmad is currently an Associate Vice President for Cybersecurity and Infrastructure at Guidepost Solutions since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Network and IT Infrastructure at the same company from April 2022 to May 2023. Ahmad also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Guidepost Solutions from September 2019 to March 2022.

In addition to their role at Guidepost Solutions, Ahmad is an Advisory Board Member at Customer Experience At UC Irvine since September 2020.

Before joining Guidepost Solutions, Ahmad worked as a Project Manager at Syska Hennessy Group from April 2016 to September 2019. Ahmad collaborated with the team to support programming activities and manage individual projects. Their responsibilities included managing design budgets, deliverable schedules, resources, and ensuring effective communication between team members.

Prior to their role at Syska Hennessy Group, Ahmad worked as a Technical Project Manager and PMP at Hi-Tech Architecture from April 2015 to March 2016. Ahmad managed medium-sized IT, LED, home automation, and electrical projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting requirements.

From June 2011 to October 2014, Ahmad worked as a Telecom Engineer at BTC Networks. Ahmad managed medium to large-sized complex IT projects that included site surveys, data network implementation, data center preparation, security systems, and high-level/low-level design. Ahmad also met with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements.

Ahmad's early work experience includes working as a Radio Engineer at Syriatel from July 2010 to March 2011. Ahmad provided site supervision and radio engineering support, focusing on designing and planning solutions for 3G and LTE tower locations, microwave links, and transmission nodes for GSM, UMTS, and LTE network deployment.

Ahmad Zoua, PMP, began their education in 2005 at Tishreen University, where they pursued a degree in Telecommunication & Electronic Engineering. Ahmad studied at the university until 2010, completing their degree with a good standing.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmad Zoua has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they earned the CCNA certification from Cisco. Following that, in 2012, they obtained the CCNA Security certification. Building on their knowledge, they then achieved the CCNP Switching 642-813 certification in 2014.

Ahmad Zoua's dedication to professional development led him to earn the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in January 2015 from the Project Management Institute. Finally, in January 2017, they obtained the CCDA certification from Cisco.
