Mary Tollefson

Mary Tollefson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different organizations. Mary currently works as an Office Administrator at Guidepost Solutions since 2022. Prior to that, Mary spent a significant portion of their career at Kaiser Permanente starting in 2003. At Kaiser Permanente, they held various roles including IT Manager for Epic Systems - Tapestry, Cadence, Prelude, and Project Manager for Epic Systems - Cadence, Prelude. Mary also served as a Project Manager, overseeing a successful transition from a legacy system to a new Provider Scheduling system. Additionally, Mary worked as a System Administrator for Epic systems, where they acquired certification in Epic Ambulatory application and performed workflow and business process analysis. Mary effectively translated business requirements into technical solutions. Throughout their roles at Kaiser Permanente, Mary demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and consistently achieved excellent results.
