Victoria McLeod is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at MERGE, Victoria has previously held significant roles at Publicis Media as a Recruitment Manager and Sr. Recruiter, as well as at Razorfish Health and Discovery USA in similar capacities. Victoria's career began as a Recruiter at Pandora. In terms of education, Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Illinois State University and has completed a Corporate, Executive, and Professional Coaching program at iPEC Coaching from 2018 to 2020. Victoria holds credentials as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
