Billy Downing serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Guidewell Education since December 2021, while also being an active member of YPO since May 2022. As the Founder of ESM Prep, established in January 2008, Billy has built a comprehensive educational consulting firm that supports students with college admissions counseling, test preparation, and tutoring, leading a team of 100 professionals. In addition to ownership roles at Applerouth Education and Summit Educational Group, Billy also holds a Board Member position at Advanced Classroom Technologies and is involved as an investor in various companies including Springpod, Sparrow, Sparck, and Penji. Billy's educational background includes a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MA in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco.
