Lucas McAdams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, coaching, and education. Currently serving as the VP of Talent at Guidewell Education since March 2023, Lucas leads talent management and human resources functions. As a Senior College Coach at ESM Prep since September 2012, Lucas guides high school students through the college application process. Previous roles include Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Saint Mary's College High School, At-Risk Advocate in the Evergreen School District, and various coaching and mentoring positions for youth. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon, with a major in Political Science and minors in Computer Science, Business, and Communications.
