Carlos Garza Ramos

Carlos Garza Ramos has worked in various roles in the manufacturing industry since 2018. Carlos began their career at Mondelēz International as a PRACTICANTE, where they developed SMED events, was in charge of Kaizen Ideas, and worked on standardizing procedures. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Rockwell Automation as a Manufacturing Engineer Jr. and PRACTICANTE, where they were responsible for NPI, improvement projects, and problem solving through lean methodologies. Carlos also achieved $50k USD in savings. Currently, they are a Technical Account Manager and Implementation Specialist at Guidewheel, a company on a mission to empower factories to reach sustainable peak performance. Their role involves making the power of the cloud accessible to any factory.
