Lucas Goldman

Lucas Goldman has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Lucas is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Guidewheel since March 2023. Prior to that, Lucas worked at McKinsey & Company, where they held multiple positions. Lucas started as a Business Analyst in September 2020 and later became a Senior Business Analyst from May 2022 to November 2022. In November 2022, they were promoted to the role of Engagement Manager, which they held until joining Guidewheel. Before their tenure at McKinsey, Lucas worked as the SIPS Industry Partnerships Liaison at Cornell University from December 2019 to September 2020. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey in the summer of 2019. Lucas's early career involved leadership roles at Student Agencies, Inc. as the President from January 2018 to December 2018, and as the General Manager of Hired Hands Moving Company from October 2016 to December 2017. In these positions, they showcased skills in financial forecasting, budgeting, staff management, client communication, and networking.

Lucas Goldman attended Needham High School from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained their high school diploma. Afterward, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued higher education at Cornell University, specifically the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree.
