Bea McGinn

Bea McGinn currently serves as a Sr. Program Manager for Field Enablement at Guidewire Software, a role held since July 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing learning and development curricula, guiding stakeholders on best practices, and evaluating employee development metrics.
