Grace Beason

Grace Beason is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Board Member at Mercury Risk and Compliance, Inc. since March 2023, Grace also holds the position of Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance at Guidewire Software since July 2020, where responsibility includes managing operational budgets and leading compliance across the enterprise. Previously, Grace was a Senior Manager at DXC Technology, overseeing security and compliance for global delivery with a significant operational budget. Grace’s earlier roles include Senior Global Manager and Regional Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on compliance across various industries and managing substantial teams. Grace’s career began at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health as Director of Privacy and Compliance. Academic credentials include an MBA from LSU Shreveport, a Master's in Social Work from Boston University, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, supplemented by a BA in Psychology from Villanova University and an Associate's degree in Health Information Technology from Fisher College.
