Claribelle Bautista-Perez

Claribelle Bautista-Perez is an experienced compliance and litigation professional currently serving as the AML Compliance Head and Regulatory and Governance Head at East West Banking Corporation since January 2023. Previously, Claribelle held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Rizal Microbank from March to December 2022 and spent a substantial period at Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) from September 2012 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Consumer Banking Compliance Division and overseeing the Regulatory Affairs Division. Earlier in their career, Claribelle practiced as a litigation lawyer at Medialdea Ata Bello Guevarra & Suarez, representing clients in various legal matters. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines.
