Lina Urbain

Lina Urbain is a highly experienced Senior Lead User Experience Designer at Guidewire Software since June 2022, and has held the role of User Experience Lead Engineer at FICO since March 2012. Throughout their career, Lina has designed user interfaces for software applications within the analytics field, collaborated with product managers, and utilized Agile methodologies for iterative design processes. Lina initiated user research, conducted usability tests, and delivered findings to teams, while also creating personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and UI specifications. Previous positions include Senior User Experience Designer at Awasu Design, User Experience Designer at Pereira & O'Dell and Fluid, and roles in quality assurance and project management at Jeppesen and Kruger Packaging, respectively. Lina's educational background includes a Multimedia degree from San Francisco State University and a Master's degree in Business & Management from Université de Montréal.
