Susannah Vaughan

Susannah Vaughan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management, project management, and customer experience leadership. Currently serving as a Technical Program Manager for Cloud Operations at Guidewire Software since February 2022, Susannah previously held roles including Senior Project Manager/Manager of Cloud Managed Services at Cleo, where expertise in services operations and training was demonstrated. Prior to this, Susannah participated in event marketing at Appsian and led educational institutions as Head of School at Sage Vista School and Director of Admission at Global School of Silicon Valley. An active volunteer and co-founder of a diversity celebration initiative, Susannah has also contributed as a business analyst for Thames Water early in the career. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science from the University of Brighton and a double honors degree from the University of Birmingham.
