Abby Hollern

Abby Hollern is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) with extensive experience in higher education and corporate settings. Currently serving as DEIB Director at Guild Education since October 2022, Abby previously held the position of Senior DEI Program Manager at Freshworks, where responsibilities included developing strategic DEI frameworks, mentoring teams, and partnering with internal stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts and employee engagement. Abby's prior role as Director of the Center for Inclusion & Campus Involvement at Rollins College involved overseeing key diversity initiatives, managing budgets, and leading campus-wide programming aimed at fostering an inclusive community. Abby holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Slippery Rock University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Westminster College.
