Aimee Valdez

Aimee Valdez, M.A, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in benefit programs and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Benefit Programs Associate at Guild since July 2019, Aimee has held multiple roles within the organization, including People Operations Associate and Student Success Coach. Prior experience includes positions as Lead Teacher at Bright Horizons and Job Coach at Goodwill Industries of Denver, along with an internship as an Early Childhood Navigator at The Matthews House. Aimee has an academic background with a Master's degree in Learning, Development, and Family Sciences from the University of Colorado Denver and dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Development and Family Studies, and Languages, Literature, and Cultures from Colorado State University. Additionally, Aimee holds a certificate in Essentials of Human Resources from Cornell University.
