Amara Warren

Amara Warren serves as the Director of Solution Consulting for Employer Partnerships at Guild since December 2023, where responsibilities include developing education and career mobility programs for frontline workers. Prior to this role, Amara was a Strategic Partnerships Lead - Consultant at Merit America, focusing on creating pathways to IT and data careers for working adults without a degree. An MBA candidate at Harvard Business School from August 2021 to May 2023, Amara's internship involved advising Champlain College's president. Earlier experience includes significant leadership roles at KIPP Foundation, where Amara directed alumni impact initiatives and managed fundraising efforts, as well as project management and strategy development roles at Medtronic and the Aspen Institute. Amara holds a BA in Political and Social Thought from the University of Virginia.
