Emma Lagreze

Emma Lagreze is an experienced professional in organizational effectiveness and engagement management, currently serving as an Engagement Manager for Employer Partnerships at Guild since March 2023. Prior experience includes five years at Slalom, where Emma held various roles including Principal and Senior Consultant, focusing on technology and culture transitions for organizational success. Emma's background also encompasses consultancy work at PA Consulting, specializing in healthcare process improvement, as well as providing technology solutions at Shatzkin Systems, Inc. Emma has a strong commitment to community initiatives, having served as a researcher and executive board member for Protect Our Breasts, and as president and treasurer of the UMass Amherst Women's Club Volleyball team. Emma holds two Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing and Communications from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, complemented by an international study experience in Sydney.
